The terms under which Modern Sustainable Energy — based in Rawalpindi & Islamabad and serving all of Pakistan — provides its website, solar quotations, electrical services and online store.
Your agreement with MSEnergy
By using msenergy.pk or engaging our team in Rawalpindi, Islamabad or anywhere across Pakistan, you agree to the terms set out below. We have written them in plain language so there are no surprises before you place an order.
Use of site
You may browse and use this website for lawful, personal and business purposes related to solar and electrical services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or copy our content, pricing and project material without our written permission.
Quotes & pricing
All prices, savings figures and quotations shown on this site are indicative and subject to change with the market — panel, inverter and battery costs in Pakistan move frequently. A binding price is only confirmed in a written quotation after a site survey, which we typically schedule across Islamabad and Rawalpindi areas such as DHA Islamabad, Bahria Town, F-10/F-11, Gulberg Greens, Bahria Phase 8 and PWD.
Orders via WhatsApp
Many customers confirm orders, send electricity bills and share rooftop photos through WhatsApp (+92 336 2265988). An order is considered accepted only once we acknowledge it in writing and any agreed advance payment is received; until then, stock availability and lead times remain subject to confirmation.
Warranties
Solar panels, inverters and batteries carry the manufacturer's warranty, while our workmanship is covered by the installation warranty stated in your written quotation. Warranties are valid only when the system is used as intended and serviced through MSEnergy or an authorised partner, and do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification or grid faults.
Liability
We take great care in designing and installing every system, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the work or product supplied. We are not responsible for indirect losses, savings shortfalls caused by changes in tariffs or weather, or delays arising from DISCO net-metering approvals outside our control.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our services, pricing structure and regulations evolve. The latest version will always be published on this page, and your continued use of the site or our services means you accept the updated terms.
